"This is the kind of cafe my grandpa used to take me to 50 years ago. Great food with the friendliest service. The waitresses that helped us were super friendly and kind. Always with a smile and they won't make you feel like your putting them out to help you. There were eight of us at our table, and each one of our breakfasts were brought out perfectly on time and very tasty. Nothing super fancy, just great American breakfasts and great service. I will go back often now that I've discovered this great cafe. The waitress said they make really good prime rib on the weekend, so I'll be back for that too. I would highly recommend Nathan's Greenleaf Cafe."

"Very relaxed, classic country cafe. Lots of breakfast/ lunch options. I got the #1 classic chicken fried chicken, 2 eggs over easy and sourdough toast. My mom got the #1 classic as well with chicken fried steak, scrambled eggs and sourdough toast. I had a black coffee as my beverage. S&P, creamer and hot sauce at the table. Everything was great, not over or under cooked. Bread was perfectly toasted. My only suggestion is more milk alternatives. I asked for an alternative milk for my coffee but they don't have any oat/almond/other milk. Our server was kind, friendly and quick to get our order. Or food took maybe 15min to come out. I'm stuffed, Delicious!"

"UPDATE: you have to order the Morgan Special! It's coffee + hot coco + whipped cream + chocolate sauce + carmel sauce + sprinkles. The best way to start your day! Gosh, where do I start? Everything we ordered was beyond amazing!!! I forgot to take pictures and just dove in... everything I tasted was better than any other breakfast I've ever had (sorry hubby lol)! Items we ordered... pancakes maple sausage scrambled eggs biscuit with gravy and hashbrowns. And the people were so nice and genuine! The place was super clean as well. We have found our new and only place to have breakfast! EDIT: Now we come here almost weekly. I get a hot coco w/ coffee. It's outstanding!"

"A great family run restaurant for breakfast. Food portions are good. The chicken fried steak is fantastic. The home made pies are out of this world. Great place to chat with the locals and meet new friends. Roger the owner is a great person and he puts on a car show every year. If you are in the area, you should definitely give the Greenleaf Cafe a try."

"What a great local place! My wife and I took a drive out here after reading a recommendation on their breakfast. It is an easy and pleasant drive west of Caldwell to the hamlet of Greenleaf. The cafe is the ultimate in local! Everyone knows each other and we're welcoming to us as 'newbies'. The food was very good and the coffee excellent. Great place for a weekend breakfast."

"I ordered the biscuits & gravy which were fluffy and flavorful. My eggs were a little underdone for my liking, but still very good. My husband had the special, the corned beef hash, which he very much enjoyed - he was so full he could barely finish it! We also brought a cinnamon roll home for our daughter to reheat (pictured)."

"This is the second year in a row. My wife and I have spent a few days here on the Sunnyslope wine trail. I guess Nathan's has become a tradition now. Last time we visited, we went twice in five days. This time was no less delicious. And filling "
